We enjoyed a spacious suite with a lovely view of the river, which was a huge hit with the family. The kids loved the large pool area and the slide, making it a perfect spot for family fun.
In my children’s opinion, it would be great if there were more activities for kids during colder months.

Great stay, fabulous food and friendly staff
I stayed for two nights in a King Suite with River View, and I truly enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. The restaurant served an excellent breakfast with plenty of hot options, and I was particularly impressed by the quality of the steaks for dinner. The staff was incredibly accommodating, always ready to help and make our experience enjoyable. However, the single elevator for our wing was quite slow, which could be improved for better access.

Delightful Stay with Some Quirks
Enjoyed a spacious King Suite. the bed was incredibly comfy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The pool area was fun, but the shared change room might be a downside for some. Consider trying the restaurant—food looked impressive, though a bit on the pricey side.

would book here again
Nice room with two queen beds. Comfortable for our family. Had a fridge and coffee maker, along with a flat-screen TV. The pool was big with a slide, loved by the kids. Also, the hotel is close to downtown, perfect for checking out local restaurants.

The location was really convenient for local attractions.
I had a terrible experience dealing with their staff. When I arrived, the front desk wouldn't acknowledge my early check-in request and advised me that the room wouldn’t be ready until 4 pm. It felt disrespectful, as I was made to wait unnecessarily without any courtesy extended to me, despite the hotel being quiet. I won't return due to the unhelpfulness.

Hall carpets, entrance appearance, and elevator wait times could significantly benefit from a makeover!!! Clearer communication regarding room views would enhance the guest experience too!!!

The sea view from our room was stunning, creating a perfect backdrop for our short stay. The staff at the front desk were polite, making check-in easy and quick.
It felt a bit impersonal for a large hotel.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
